What we collect
If you join the waiting list, we collect your first name, your email address and — if you choose to give it — your mobile number. Retailers also give us a business name, and optionally a role and a number of stores.
We also record how you arrived at this page (the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you followed), so we know which of our own channels are working.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Finley launches, and to send you the occasional Finley update in the meantime. That is the only reason.
For retailers, we may also get in touch to talk about offering Finley in your store.
Who sees it
Your details are stored in Zenia, the marketing system operated by Pioneer Finance, and are used by the Finley and Pioneer Finance teams. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for their own marketing.
Email and SMS are delivered by service providers acting on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until the waiting list is no longer being used — whichever comes first. Every email we send you carries an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email [email protected] and we will sort it out.
This statement covers the waiting list only. Once Finley launches, the full Pioneer Finance privacy policy will apply to the app and to your account.
